Used for the first time to protect paws from the ice left over from the snow we had.
Fit perfectly and actually stayed on for once unlike other boots we’ve tried.
Paws were also dry as a bone after going through snow, ice and wet grass.
Would recommend.
For now, the slippers to protect my dog's pads are perfect!
In the snow and probably hiking all year round!
Very happy and she is very beautiful with it!!
After initially flailing around at wearing the new boot to protect a cut pad, our dog soon got used to it and walked happily for around 3 miles. It stayed in place and didn't budge. Go with the advice and size down if you are between sizes. The video on how to measure was really useful too.
These shoes have given Sylvie a new lease of life. Here she is in Applecross on a recent holiday to NW Scotland. See also @sylvie_newfie
I think they're absolutely ideal. My dog is 12 years old and has arthritis in his front paws and hips at the back. Stones hurt his paws and prevent him from trotting on them so he takes his time and usually avoids walking on them. They are spacious and work well to protect his paws from the stones. It's been 3 years since be travelled at any speed at all other than a saunter on stones and now he can again.
