We know the outdoors is calling. That’s why we’re working like dogs to get your Ruffwear gear out the door as soon as possible. We strive to process orders within one to two business days. All delivery dates are estimates and are not guaranteed. Our delivery services are provided by DPD. We don’t deliver on non-business days (including weekends) or holidays.
WHEN WILL MY ORDER BE DESPATCHED?
Orders placed before 2pm. (UK) will leave our warehouse the same business day. Orders placed after 2pm. (UK) will leave the next business day.
We do not process or deliver on weekends or public holidays, and between Christmas and New Year orders may take longer to despatch.
HOW DO I TRACK MY ORDER?
Please contact us with any questions about your order. Please note our cut off for Next Day delivery is 2pm, any orders received after 2pm will be processed the following working day. Next day delivery orders placed after 2pm on Thursday will be delivered the following Monday (unless this is a Public Holiday), and orders placed after 2pm on Friday will arrive on the Tuesday.

HOW MUCH DOES DELIVERY COST?
UK standard mainland delivery is £3.95 and free for all orders over £70. Due to higher carriage costs delivery to the Highlands and Islands, including Northern Ireland, is £15.
Next Working Day delivery is £6 for orders under £70 and £3.95 for orders above £70. Unfortunately we can not guarantee next day delivery on Bank Holidays, or to the Highlands and Islands.
Standard delivery to France, Germany, Belgium, Austria, Netherlands and Switzerland is £6.95. You can also order in Euros by visiting ruffwear.fr or ruffwear.de.
Delivery across the rest of Europe is available for £16. This includes Andorra, Croatia, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, Gibraltar, Hungary, Iceland, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden and Switzerland.
