Laisse élastique Roamer™

The Roamer is a fantastic dog leash. We are on our second one though because my miniature Golden Retriever service puppy in training Sneachta, (the Irish word for snow) keeps chewing on hers!!! I love how this leash is available in different lengths. I ordered the longer leash initially because I wanted her to have more room to explore. Now however, we are working hard on the concept of heel. Since I had to order a new leash anyway, I ordered the shorter one this time. Therefore, being able to keep her closer to me, without me having to gather up the leash myself and hold it, is wonderful!!! I am a woman who is blind. I use a white cane to navigate and as such, I only have one hand available at any given time, when I am out. I now can walk with her, without having to hold onto the leash. I love the stretchiness of the leash as well. It gives her a little more room to roam and sniff on walks, without getting away from me entirely. :-) Our trainer loves the clip on the leash as well.

I’ve been using these leashes for many years and they are the best. One of my dogs is part beagle so while she is a well-behaved walker she still has a nose that leads her sideways on occasion. The bungee is great for this as it gently leads her back in line.

I love the bungee leash, as I like to give my pup a little leeway, but she’s also still young and energetic so I also need to be able to slow her down a bit. This leash does the trick. I was using a 7’ long line previously, but when I needed to pull her in close it was a hassle looping the handle around my arm to reel her in. The bungee has a great handle right at the collar and is really easy to grab when needed. I also love the colors, I got this one, and a green one too!
